How can I purchase tickets?
You can pre-purchase tickets online on our web site. It depends on how early you purchase your tickets as to the cost which rises as we get nearer to the event. You can also purchase tickets at the Box Office on site which is open from 09:30 on show days.

I have purchased tickets for many people, do we have to all arrive together?
No, you can give the QR code to each member of your group and we can scan them in as they arrive or you can print out individual tickets and give to each member of your group.

I cannot see or find my QR Code?
Your QR code is displayed in your booking confirmation. You can also login to the Military Odyssey website and you will see your current and past bookings from where you can print or email a copy of your confirmation. If you still cannot find your QR code, please contact us via our online form and we will arrange for a copy to be emailed to you.

I did not receive my booking confirmation email?
Firstly, check your junk mail. You can also login to the Military Odyssey web site using your email address and password you provided when you made the booking, you will see all your current and past bookings from where you can print or email a copy of your confirmation. If you still cannot find your QR code, please contact us via our online form and we will arrange for a copy to be emailed to you.

Do you offer discount for Armed Forces Personnel?
Being signatories to the Armed Forces Covenant, and a lot of the Show staff are ex armed forces, we are pleased to support & offer discounted membership for Saturday and Sunday and Free Admission on Monday to serving members of the Armed Forces on Monday on production of a valid MOD90 (or equivalent)

Where do I find the times and what the battles are?
The battlefield times and the battles that are being re-enacted are listed in the Show Programme

Are the battles the same each day or different?
The battle recreations and times are the same each day. For full timings see our show program which is available on site.

What time is the last battle?
Please check the show program for full details.

Are there food outlets onsite?
Yes, there are lots of different food outlets serving a wide range of good quality food.

Can we bring our own food?
We have a wide range of catering vendors on site where you can purchase some wonderful different types of food and drink during the day and also we have a number of fully licensed bars around the site. However you can of course bring your own food and drink.

Help, I have lost something
Our Show HQ is in the Astor Pavilion all lost property is returned here. If your item has been returned we will ask for information to satisfy us that the item is yours. Otherwise we will take details and should the item be handed in we will contact you to arrange collection.

What time does the car park close?
The Public Car Park is closed and locked at 20:00 daily.

Can we bring our Dog?
Dogs are welcome at the show. They must be in control & on a lead at all times and you must clean up behind your dog whilst on site & we make you aware that there are a lot of big bangs from the battlefield and re-enactments. Please ensure that your Dog is able to cope with this.

Is there disabled Parking?
Yes, when you enter the showground, please have your disabled badge on display and one of the parking attendants and they will direct you to the Disabled Parking area. We also provide a dedicated viewing area at the Battlefield for those in wheelchairs and mobility scooters which can also be hired on site. Please see our Disabled Access Page
